So according to question angular velocity of the toy car is...
Angle cover in one revolution = 2π
Time = 10sec
Angular velocity = 2π/10
Angular velocity (w) = π/5
Mass of the body = 0.2kg
Radius of the circle = 4m
Force of centripetal = mw²R
Force of centripetal = (0.2)(π/5)²(4)
Force = 0.52N
