A smooth block loosely fits in a circular tube placed on a horizontal surface. The block moves in a uniform circular motion along the tube. Which wall (inner or outer) will exert a nonzero normal contact force on the block?

it is not come in contact with the inner wall so no force will be applied by it

Answer ⇒  Outer wall will offer the Non-zero Normal Constact force.

Reason/Explanation ⇒ Since in the uniform circular motion, speed of the object remains the constant but direction changes at every instant.

It also has a centripetal acceleration along the radius towards the center.  And there must be a resultant nonzero force in the direction of acceleration which is known as the  centripetal force means net force acting towards the center.

In this case the outer wall will exert a nonzero normal force on the block in the direction of center of the tube.
