Given,
→Distance covered by snail≈100 metres
→Time elapsed by snail≈50 hour
 Average Speed=Total Distance
                             Elapsed Time
By applying value,
Average speed=100
                          50
Average Speed=2 metres per hour⇒2 m/hr
We know that 1 meters per hour is equal to 0.001 kilometres per hour

So,
2 metres per hour=0.001×2 kilometres per hour
2 metres per hour=0.002 kilometres per hour

So speed of snail in km/hr is 0.002 km/hr

as \: we \: know \: 1km = 1000m \\ so \: 1m = \frac{1}{1000} km \\ so \: 100m = \frac{100}{1000} km \\ = 0.1km \\ formulae \: of \: speed = \frac{distance}{time} \\ so \: speed \: in \: kmph = \frac{0.1}{50} \\ speed = 0.002kmph
