Hey mate
lets count the %of soil
i.e. (135×100) / 150 =1350/ 15 =90%
so % of water = 100 -Soil% =100-90 =10

so 10% of water is mixed in given sample.

hope it is helpful

Answer:

Total mass of soil sample = 150 g

Mass of dried soil = 135 g

Mass of water that has been dried = 150 g - 135 g = 15 g

percentage of water given in the sample = mass of water driedtotal mass of the soil × 100

= 15 g150 g × 100 = 10%

Hence the percentage of water given in the soil sample is 10%.
