Answer:

15 edges

In geometry, the pentagonal prism is a prism with a pentagonal base. It is a type of heptahedron with 7 faces, 15 edges, and 10 vertices.

I’m assuming you meant “polyhedron” and “faces” rather than “polyderon” and “faves”. In that case, the answer is 15. This comes from one of Euler’s equations. In 1750, he pointed out in a letter to Christian Goldbach that in a convex polyhedron

V - E + F = 2

where V is the number of vertices, E is the number of edges and F is the number of faces. In your question, V = 10 and F = 7 so the equation becomes

10 - E + 7 = 2

17 - E = 2

E = 15
