\bold {ANSWER}

First we should now about the terms used here in the question

\bold {Volume} => Capacity to hold something in a box or a solid substance.

\bold {Density} => It is known as mass per unit volume.

Mass = 150g

Volume = 250cm^3

Density = ?

So density = mass / volume

=> 150/250

=> 3/5

=> 0.6g cm^3

So the density of solid object is less than that of water ( 1g cm^3 )

So the object will float on the surface of water.
