Density = mass/volume

density \: of \: the \: body = \frac{200g}{300 {cm}^{3} } \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 0.67g \: \ {m}^{ - 3}
As we know, the density of water is:
 {10}^{3} kg \: {m}^{ - 3}

Thus, the body will float because the density of the body is less than that of the water.
