a solid consisting of a right cone standing on a hemisphere is placed upright in a right circular cylinder full of water and touches the bottom. find the volume of water left in the cylinder, if radius of cylinder is 30cm and height is 90cm, the radius of hemisphere is 30cm and height of the cone is 60cm, assuming that the hemisphere and the cone has common base

Clearly, water will come out of the cylinder as we put the solid in it.
