TSA of cube = 6a²
cuboid - l = a , b = a , h = a/2
TSA of cuboid = 2(lb+bh+lh)
= 2( a² + a²/2 + a²/2 )
= 2a² + a² + a² [ take lcm in the bracket and cut the 2s ]
= 4a²
ratio = 6a²/4a² = 6/4 = 3/2
TSA of cube : TSA of cuboid = 3 : 2
