volume of a cube=a³
side(a)=12
volume=12*12*12=1728 cm³
half of the volume=1728/2=864 cm³
new side(z)
volume=z³=864
z=∛864=9.5244 cm
side(a)=12
volume=12*12*12=1728 cm³
half of the volume=1728/2=864 cm³
new side(z)
volume=z³=864
z=∛864=9.5244 cm

volume of each cube=(12) the whole cube
144*12=1728
you will get 8 equal cubes
to get side of new cube 1728 divided by 8
you will get
now take out cube route of 216 which is 6 hence side of new cube is 6
