♠ So, the volume of the block,

$\sf{= \frac{total \: cost}{rate \: of \: cost}}$

$\sf{= \frac{256}{500}}$

$\sf{= 0.512\: {m}^{3}}$



♠ But, volume of a cube = a³, where a is the side.

$\sf{=⟩ {a}^{3} = 0.512}$

$\sf{=⟩ a = \sqrt[3]{0.512}}$

$\sf{=⟩ a = 0.8}$
