We have,

Dimension of the wood piece = 3m × 2.5m × 8 cm

In forms of cm, we can write it as,

300 cm × 250 cm × 8 cm.

Also, density = 9 g/cm³

We know, m = ρV

Also, V_cuboid = l × b × h

⇒V = (300 cm)(250 cm)(8 cm)

⇒V = 75000 × 8 cm³

⇒V = 600000 cm³

Now, m = (9 g/cm³)(600000 cm³)

⇒m = 9 g × 600000

⇒m = 5400000 g = 5400 kg
