Let the radius and height of the cylinder be r cm and h cm respectively.
Given, Total surface area of the cylinder = 462 cm2
∴ 2π r (r + h) = 462 cm2 ...(1)
Lateral surface area of cylinder × Total surface area of cylinder (Given)
∴ 2π rh × 462 = 154 cm2 ...(2)

From (1) and (2), we have
From (2), we have
When r = 7 cm, we get

∴ Volume of the cylinder
