Height of cylinder = 14 cm

Volume of cylinder = \pi r^{2} h

                              = 3.14 \times (7)^{2} \times 14  

                              = 2154.04

Now radius of sphere = 3.5 cm

Volume of sphere = \frac{4}{3}\pi r^{3}

                               = \frac{4}{3}\times 3.14 \times (3.5)^{3}

                               = 179.503333333

Number of spheres can be formed from cylinder = \frac{2154.04}{179.503333333}

                                                                                 = 12

Hence 12 spheres can be formed .
