Given,

A solid pole consists of two cylinders.

Dimension of the first cylinder

  • Height = 210cm
  • Radius = 21cm

Dimension of the second cylinder

  • Height = 70cm
  • Radius = 7cm

We need to find out the volume of pole. So, firstly, find out the volumes of two cylinders, and thereafter, add both the volumes of cylinder, that's what the volume of pole.

  • Volume of the first cylinder

→ π r²h

→ 22/7 × 21 × 21 × 210

→ 22 × 3 × 21 × 210

→ 291060cm³

  • Volume of the second cylinder

→ πr²h

→ 22/7 × 7 × 7 × 70

→ 22 × 7 × 70

→ 10780cm³

Volume of pole = volume of the first cylinder+ volume of the second cylinder

•°• Volume of pole = 291060 + 10780 = 301840cm³
