Since the hemispheres are at the end of the cylinder... Diameter of cylinder = diameter of the hemispheres.

Radius of the hemispheres = 3.5

Sum of radii of 2 hemispheres =7

Hieght of the cylinder part = 20-7=13

Volume of cylinder part=

\pi \:  {r}^{2} h

= 22/7 x 3.5 x 3.5 x 13=500.5 cm3

Volume of hemisphere=

 \frac{2}{3} \pi \:  {r}^{3}

=2/3 x 22/7 x 3.5 x 3.5 x 3.5

=89.83

Volume of 2 hemispheres = 2 x 89.83 = 179.66

Total volume = 179.66+500.5=680.16cm3
