Volume of cylinder =

\pi \times  {0.14}^{2 }  \times 0.21

=0.0129307954 cube meters

Volume of a sphere =

4 \div 3 \times \pi \times  {0.03}^{3}

0.0001130973 cube meters

no. of spheres that can be made = =0.0129307954/0.0001130973

= 98.728710498 no. of spheres.
