A solid metalic sphere of radius 21 cm is cut into two halves. Find the total surface area of the two hemispheres so formed.

Answer:

Radius of the sphere and the two hemispheres

remains same.

Thus Total surface area of each sphere=3πr^2

=3*22/7*21*21 cm^2

=4158cm^2
