volume of frustum = big cone -small cone
Vcone = 1/3 × pi × r2 × h
Vs = 1/3 × pi × r2 × h where r=10√3, h=10
Vb = 1/3 × pi × r2 × h where r=20√3, h=20

note Vb= 8*Vs

Vcone = Vwire = pi (1/24)^2*length

length = 24^2*7/3*100*3*10
=40.32km
