 \large\bf\underline {To \: find:-}

  • Total surface area of 2 hemisphere.

\large\bf\underline{Given:-}

  • Radius of sphere = 14cm

 \huge\bf\underline{Solution:-}

Radius of sphere = Radius of Hemisphere = 14cm

✥Total surface area of Hemisphere = 3πr²

  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \tt \dashrightarrow \: 3 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {14}^{2}  \\  \\   \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \tt \dashrightarrow \: 3\times  \frac{22}{ \cancel7}  \times  \cancel{196} \\  \\   \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \tt \dashrightarrow \: 3 \times 22 \times 28 \\  \\   \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \tt \dashrightarrow \: 1848 {cm}^{2}

Hence,

Total surface area of each hemisphere is 1848cm²

Formula's related to hemisphere:-

»★CSA of hemisphere = 2πr²

»★TSA of hemisphere = 3πr²

»★Volume of hemisphere = ⅔πr²

where,

  • ≫TSA = Total Surface Area
  • ≫CSA = Curved Surface Area
