volume of object= m/ d.solid = 5.4/ 8.9 x10(3) = 6 x10(-4)
weight of fluid disp. = d.liquid x volume x g
W apparent = weight of body - weight of fluid displaced
=5.4 x10 - 1.5 x 10(3) x 6 x10(-4) x 10
=54 - 9
= 45 newton
