Then its volume is 34×π×73 cm3.

Also given the radius of the small sphere is 3.5 cm. 

Then the volume of the small sphere is 34×π×(27)3 cm3.

Let there be n small spheres.

Then 34×π×73=n×34×π×(27)3 

or,  34×π×73=n×34×π×873 

or, n=8.
