A solid sphere is rotating freely about its symmetry
axis in free space. The radius of the sphere is
increased keeping its mass same. Which of the
following physical quantities would remain constant
for the sphere?

RBD :

Since, the sphere is rotating in free space. Net external torque of system about axis will be 0, then angular momentum remain conserved about the same axis. (Acc to COLM )

Option 3) is correct.
