Angular Momentum = Angular Velocity * Moment of Inertia

Moment of Inertia of Solid Sphere  = 2/5 * mass * radius ^2

= 2/5(20 * 0.25*0.25)

=0.5 kgm2

Therefore Angular Momentum = Angular Velocity * Moment of Inertia

= 5 * 0.5

=2.5

Hope it helps...
