total no. of balls =volume of big sphere / volume of small sphere

volume of big sphere=2/3 π R³

2/3. π . 27

volume of small sphere =2/3.π.r³

2/3.π.216/1000

no. of balls=2/3.π.27  by  2/3.π.216/1000

answer=125
