Given the radius of the hemisphere = 4.2cm.
the height of the toy = 10.2.
height of the cone = 10.2 - 4.2
= 6 cm.
Radius of the cone = 4.2cm.
Total surface area of the toy = pirl + 2pir^2 ---- (1)
l = root r^2 + h^2 = root (4.2)^2 + (6)^2
= root 17.64 + 36
= 7.323.
On substituting in (1), we get
TSA = (22/7 * 4.2 * 7.323) + (2 * 22/7 * 4.2 * 4.2)
= 96.66 + 110.88
= 207.54.
Hope this helps!

given that,
the radius of hemisphere is 4.2
and total height of toys 10.2
than
the T.S.A. of toy = CSA of cone + CSA hemisphere
= PiRL + 2 Pi R R
=(22×.6×6.73)+(110.88)
=199.71cm×cm
