According to Archimedes principle,

Buoyant force =weight of fluid displaced.

here , Buoyant force = decreased the mass × g=volume of water × density of water ×g .

Therefore,

3.2×g= v×1×g or, v=3.2 cc

then density of solid = 32/3.2=10g/cc
