We will find concentration of the solution. It is nothing but mass by mass percentage of the solution.

Mass of the solvent (anything that is in less quantity or anything which is dissolved in the solvent)(in this case it is common salt) = 35 g

Mass of solute = 300 g

Therefore, total mass of solution = 300 g + 35 g = 335 g

Now,

Concentration of solution = Mass of solute / Mass of solution *100

= 35/335 *100

= 3500/335

= 10.48 %
