Hey mate, here's your answer:
Given,
Amount of solute(alcohol)=5.6 ml
Amount of solvent(water)=75ml
Amount of solution=Amount of solute + Amount of solvent
=5.6ml+75ml=80.6ml
Thus,
Concentration of the solution=Amount of solute/Amountof solvent×100
=5.6/80.6×100=56/806×100
=5600/806
=6.947% = 7%(approx)
thus the concentration of the solution is 6.947% or 7%(approx).
hope it helps.....

Percentage concentration of solution formula is as follows:

Volume of solute     x 100%
volume of solution

solute= alcohol 5.6ml
solution volume= volume of alcohol plus volume of water (5.6+76=81.6ml)

%concentration= 5.6ml x 100%        = 6.86%
                            81.6ml

Therefore concentration of the solution = 6.86%
