A solution contains 10% sugar. One fourth of solution is replaced by second solution which results in a solution that contains 16 percent of sugar. Then what is the percentage of sugar in the second solution

Hey mate here's your answer

75(0.1) + 25(x) = 100(0.16)

7.5 + 25x = 16

x = 8.5/25 = 0.34

it is 34%

OR

3(16-10) = 1(X-16)

48-30=X-16

18+16=X

X = 34%
