Mass by volume percentage refers to the fact that we have to find out the amount of substance(solute) present in 100 ml of the solution( 100 as % has been asked).

Weight of sugar present in 210ml of the solution is 30g.

Therefore, weight of sugar present in 100ml of the solution is ( 30/200)×100 = 14.29 g

Ans: The concentration in terms of mass by volume % of the solution is 14.29.
