There are many concentration terms for a solution but by going with the information given in this question
%concentration of salt
= mass of salt/mass of solution *100
= 35/(300+35). *100
{solution contains both salt and water}
= 35/ 335. *100
=7/37. *100
=0.189. *100
=18.9%

concentration of solution in this case we will consider as molarity...
common salt is Nacl..
molecular mass of Nacl is 23+35.5=58.5gram
then molarity is givenmass/molar mass/vol.of solution
=(58.5÷35.5)×1000/300
=(58.5÷35.5)×10/3
=5.49=5.5molar. hope it may help u..
