Volume of solute = 4.5 cm^3 = 4.5 ml

Volume of solvent = 125 cm^3 = 125 ml

Volume of solution = Solvent + Solute

= 4.5 + 125 = 129.5 ml

concentration = (Volume of solute/Volume of solution)*100

= (4.5/129.5)100

= .03479 ×100

= 3.749%

Answer:

Volume of solute: 4.5 cm^3 = 4.5 ml

Volume of solvent: 125 cm^3= 125 ml

Total volume of solution: 4.5 + 125= 129.5 ml

We know that, concentration of solution=

 \frac{volume \: of \: solute}{volume \: of \: solution}  \times 100

Thus,

 \frac{45}{1295} \times 100

Concentration

= 3.75%
