A solution contains 40gram of common salt in320gram of water. Calculate the concentration in terms of mass by mass percentage of the solution.
How do we do the calculation of mass by mass.

Answer:mass of solute= 40g

Mass of solution = 320+40= 360

Concentration (mass by mass)= 40/360 ×100 =11.1%
