A solution contains 50 g of sodium chloride in 250 g of water. Calculate the
concentration of the solution in terms of mass by mass percentage.

Mass of solute = 50g mass of solvent = 350g mass of solution = 50 + 350 = 400g ... salt in 350 gram of water calculate the concentration of solution ... Therefore the concentration percentage is 12.5%.
