concentration of solution = volume of solute / volume of solution ×100

volume of solute alcohol is 50 ml

volume of solvent water is 150 ml

volume of solution = volume of solute + volume of solvent

50 + 150

= 200 ml

put this value in the above formula .

concentration of solution = 50 / 200 × 100

= 50 / 2

= 25% ( by volume )

Answer:

Mass of solute (alcohal)=50ml

Mass of solvent (water)=150ml

...........solution =Mass of solute-Mass of solvent

=50+150

=200ml

concentration of solution=Mass of solute/Mass of solvent×100

=50/200×100

=25%
