A solution contains 50gm of common saltin 200gm of water calculate the concentration in terms of mass by mass percentage​

=50/250x100=1/5x100=20%

Mass of solute = 50 g

Mass of solvent = 200 g

Mass of solution = mass mass of solute + mass of solvent

= 50 g + 200 g

= 250 g

% of sugar by mass = 50 / 250 × 100

= 20%
