so first of all molality formula=no. of moles of solute in 1 kg of solvent

m=(Wb*1000)/Mb*Ma

where Wb=mass of given solute

Ma=molar mass of given solvent in kg

Mb= molar mass of given solute

so already given that no. of moles that is Wb/Mb=5

so

m=5*1000/250

m=5*4

m=20 mol/kg

hope it helps
