The formula for the % calculation:
percentage by mass = mass of solute x 100% (mass of solute = 60g
mass of solution mass of solution= 60g+400g=460)
% concentration = 60g x 100% = 6000 =13.04%
460g 460
percentage concentration = 13.04%
percentage by mass = mass of solute x 100% (mass of solute = 60g
mass of solution mass of solution= 60g+400g=460)
% concentration = 60g x 100% = 6000 =13.04%
460g 460
percentage concentration = 13.04%
