A solution contains 60grams of sugar in 480grams of water. calculate the consentration of the solution in terms of mass by mass percentage of the solution​

mass of solute = 60g

mass of solvent = 480g

mass of solution = 60+480 = 540g

concentration by mass percentage

= mass of solute/mass of solution * 100

60 /540 x100

100 /9 = 11.1\%
