0.0003M means 0.0003 moles in 1 litre solution

molar mass of Cu = 63.5 g

0.0003 * 63.5 = 190.5 * 10⁻⁴g Cu⁺⁺ is present in 1 litre (or 10³ ml)

190.5 * 10⁻¹ is present in 10⁶ ml solution

so 0.0003M Cu⁺⁺ has 19.05 ppm concentration
