  • Given :

volume of solute (alcohol) = 15ml

volume of solvent (water) = 75ml

volume of solution (15+75) = 100ml

  • To Find :

%V/V of alcohol.....??

  • Formula :

 \boxed{ \bold{ \rm{ \red{\% \frac{v}{v}  =  \frac{volume \: of \: solute}{volume \: of \: solution}  \times 100}}}}

  • Calculation :

 \rm \: \% \frac{v}{v}  =  \frac{15}{100}  \times 100 \\  \\  \star  \:  \: \boxed{ \pink{ \rm{\% \frac{v}{v}  = 15\%}}} \: \:   \star
