A solution is prepared by dissolving 15g of nacl in 200g of water .calculate the mass percentage ofcnacl in the solution

Answer:

mass of solute i.e. nacl= 15g

mass of solvent i.e. water= 200g

mass of solution= solute + solvent

=15+200=215g

mass percentage of Nacl=

=mass of solute/mass of solution×100

=15/215×100

=6.97
