a solution of copper sulphate was kept in a iron pot. after a few days, the pot developed some holes in it . How will you a ccount for this

The iron present in the pot reacts with the copper sulfate solution. Iron is more reactive than copper and it displaces copper from it's sulfate solution. Iron then forms iron sulfate solution
