15% by mass means 15g in 100ml soln.
molality= no. of moles of solute ÷ mass of solvent in kg.
so... (15 ÷ 180 )×1000÷ mass of solvent = molality.................(1)
now... mass of solvent...= density × volm.
= 1.2× 1000 = 1200
so
