HCl has ionic bond while that of glucose has covalent bond. HCl releases H+ ion and that's why it conducts electricity. But glucose doesn't releases H+ because the electrons between carbon and Hydrogen of glucose are shared.

That's why a solution of hcl in water conduct electricity but that of glucose in water not.
