20 volume hydrogen peroxide means 1 L and it will produce 20 L of oxygen.

2 H2O2 - - - - - - - - - > O2 + H2O

2 x 34 = 68 g

22.4 liter of oxygen will be produced by 68 grams hydrogen peroxide.

20 liter of oxygen = ( 68 / 22.4 ) x 20 = 60.71 grams hydrogen peroxide

n = m / M

= 60.71 / 34 = 1.78 moles of H2O2

Molarity = n / volume of solution

M = 1.78 / 1 = 1.78 M

Equivalent mass = M / 2 = 34 /2 = 17 g

Normality = mass / equivalent mass x Volume

= 60.71 / 17 x 1

= 3.57 N

We can calculate mass % by the value of density.
