Potassium Chloride + Silver Nitrate ----> Silver Chloride + Potassium Nitrate

Or,

KCl + AgNO3 -----> AgCl + KNO3

As we can see that Ag is displacing K from KCl and K is simultaneously displacing Ag from AgNO3, thus it is a double displacement reaction.
