A solution of sugar in water does-not conduct electricity .... Why???

the current pass when h3o ions are associate in that substance but in sugar water it doesnt
 explination: mainly acids when react with water they disociate into ions called as H3o ions and bases also called as HO ions. that is the reason the curreent is not pass in sugar solution
