U just put the values one by one and the value which satisfies the equation is yr answer.

So putting x as 5 and y as -2

2(5)+5(-2)-3 = 0

10-13 not equal to zero

Putting x as -5 and y as 2 we get

2(-5)+5(2)-3 = 0

-10+10-3 is not equal to 0

Putting x as -1 and 1

2(-1)+5(1)-3 = 0

-5 + 5 = 0

Ans .............

Therefore , option c is yr answer.
